New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) member, Michael Haydinger, was recently elected to the Drexel Property Management Industry Advisory Board. Haydinger is the vice president for First Montgomery Group in Marlton, NJ. NJAA executive director, Jean Maddalon, and member Michael Beirne are also members of the board.
The Advisory Board was created to prepare students to meet the 21st century challenges of managing residential and commercial investment real estate assets. Drexel University is the only school in the United States that provides both residential and commercial property management programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
“This board gives industry leaders the opportunity to play a major role in shaping the future of our industry,” said Mr. Haydinger. “We look forward to working with students to help them prepare for the ever-changing landscape of property management.”
“The Property Management Advisory Board gathers some of the most accomplished industry professionals in the region,” said William F. Lynch, dean of Goodwin College of Professional Studies. “Their input will be instrumental to the continuing development and success of the Property Management program.”
Mr. Haydinger lives in Haddon Heights, NJ with his wife and three children.
