Fair Housing Seminars
Stay current on Federal and State laws. NJAA offers Fair Housing & Beyond and Fair Housing for Maintenance Professionals throughout the year and in various locations across the state. 

Continuing Education Courses
Certain NJAA classes fulfill continuing education requirements for Continuing Legal Education, Continuing Education for NJ Real Estate Licensees, or Continuing Education for NAA Designations

Free Seminars
NJAA offers broad-based education seminars that enhance the skills and tools used by all industry professionals. Whether it is a seminar on bed bugs, a financial boot camp, or a resident retention course, the skills learned provide teams with transferable skills needed to excel. Typically, NJAA hosts ten free courses in a year. All free education courses offer continuing education for NAA designations; the number of credits is calculated by credit hours.
