Membership

It is often said that collective abilities are greater than the sum of their parts. The New Jersey Apartment Association harnesses the cooperative ability of the state’s apartment industry to assure its future, to help property owners provide the finest in rental housing and to achieve greater heights as an industry. On every front, at every turn, NJAA strives to serve the needs of its membership. On a national level, NJAA serves its membership’s interest through its affiliation with the National Apartment Association (NAA).

NJAA’s comprehensive education and communications programs elevate the skills and knowledge of its membership. We offer numerous opportunities to network with peers and customers by participation in several charitable events, including our annual Golf Outing. Each May, NJAA presents the preeminent apartment industry conference and expo in Atlantic City, with over 200 exhibitors and top speakers, attended by more than 1,400 apartment industry professionals.

NJAA represents rental properties in every county of New Jersey, totaling 170,000 units. This all-time high in membership comes after years of growth and success in advocacy, education and membership.
