NJAA Names William Dailey President at Annual Membership Meeting

The New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) swore in William Dailey of CIS Management, Inc, as president during its annual membership meeting on Wednesday, January 22, 2014. More than 200 association members attended the event, which was held at The Imperia in Somerset, N.J. The NJAA is a non profit trade association representing owners, builders, developers and managers of rental homes in New Jersey as well as hundreds of suppliers to the multi-family rental housing industry. Dailey, who was elected to a two-year term, emphasized in his remarks the importance of multi-family rental housing to New Jersey’s economy. “Our industry supports over 44,000 jobs and provides one million families—one in every three New Jerseyans—with a place to call home,” said Dailey. “I look forward to continuing the important work of the NJAA, to expanding our resources and education programs as well as our regulatory and legislative advocacy on behalf of professional multi-family rental housing providers and the residents we represent.” To read the full press release, please click here.
