On-line Education

The New Jersey Apartment Association ("NJAA") is proud to announce a partnership with the National Apartment Association and CallSource in the launching of a universal online-based Learning Management System (LMS) that will be utilized across all NAA affiliates.

On our new system, you can sign up for NJAA's online courses 24 hours a day! These interactive online courses are designed to last about an hour. You can take any of the over 40 courses without leaving the office or home, and you are able to go at your own pace. Some of the courses offered are:

  • Fair Housing (Spanish & English) for On-Site
  • Fair Housing (Spanish & English) for Maintenance
  • Computer Training (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Customer Service

Upon completion, you will be able to print a certificate. Each online course is worth one (1) Continuing Education Credit (CEC).
