Owner & Manager Resources

NJAA is charged with helping its members provide safe, clean, affordable homes to the over one third of New Jersey residents who choose to rent. Economic and regulatory climates impact our bottom lines and forced us to be better at what we do everyday. As such, NJAA’s government affairs efforts, informative communications and diverse educational classes continue to be an invaluable resource, helping us meet the challenge of providing affordable homes to our residents.

  • NJAA continues to be the only statewide organization lobbying for multifamily industry interests in the State Capitol.
  • NJAA keeps its members up-to-date in regards to regulatory and legislative changes via AIM Magazine, the weekly Friday Update, and www.NJAA.com. Units - the National Apartment Association’s magazine - keeps members current on federal regulations and national issues.
  • NJAA offers members educational opportunities throughout the year on topics such as going green, property marketing, HVAC maintenance and fair housing, as well as numerous certification classes.
  • NJAA commissioned the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University to conduct a sophisticated economic analysis of New Jersey’s multi-family industry.
