The New Jersey Apartment Association is conveniently located right off exit 8A on the Turnpike making it easily accessible to all areas of the state. Our rooms are well equipped to meet your technology needs, and our staff will help make your meeting run smoothly.
We can also offer you breakfast and lunch options, at significant discounts from what you would pay in a hotel or conference center for similar services.
Our education room will hold up to 40 attendees in a classroom style and up to 50 in a lecture setting. Our Board Conference room will supply you with privacy and can hold ten participants in a comfortable setting.
As a member of NJAA, fees for the education room are only $250 or $500 for non-members.
Fees for the Conference room are $150 for members or $400 for non-members.
