Building Customer Loyalty
Customer service is the new marketing. It’s not just a quick catch phrase that people continue to throw around. It’s truly the lifeblood of business – and that’s especially true of the property management business. And now, with the prevalence of social media everywhere in our lives, it’s very easy for the public to weigh in on our level of customer service and for everyone to see what our customers think.
So, we must up our game and understand the costs to the business of not responding to our customers in the way they expect and deserve.
