Close Like a Pro

Zig Ziglar said: “If you can’t close, you can’t sell.” In a competitive environment the right balance of poise, persistence and pressure is needed to successfully reach leasing goals. Leasing professionals who are too passive or too aggressive will lose the sale. Learn what the best leasing pros do (and do not do) to up your leasing game! 

  • Acquire new ways of using the phone as a closing tool. 

  • Transform the tour from snoring boring to being Fabulous to a “T”. 

  • Discuss the ABCs of Closing and how they impact the success (or failure) of your presentation. 

  • Learn the difference between a good closer and non-closer. 

  • Add 10 Cues and Quips to use in our sales process. 

  • Revisit questioning techniques and shifting objections into opportunities for closing. 

Please Note: Pre-registration is required to attend all virtual classes offered by NJAA. Prior to the start of NJAA virtual classes, enrolled attendees will receive an email containing their unique Zoom Attendee Link. Please note that the Zoom Attendee Link is unique to you and can  ONLY be used by the registered attendee. If you do not pre-register with NJAA, you will be billed for attending the virtual class and will be charged a late fee. NJAA is happy to accommodate swaps at any time prior to the start of the class.
