True Cost of Bad Customer Service

A recent study found that U.S. businesses lose a staggering $62 billion per year due to poor customer service. Each customer interaction provides you with an opportunity to create a positive experience – or, conversely, a negative experience that can damage your reputation and cost your company money. One bad experience can have a far greater knockout effect than multiple good experiences. This session identifies both the direct and indirect costs of bad customer service and provides concrete steps for not only delivering excellent service but also recovering from mistakes in a positive and impactful way.
