Live Instructor Led Virtual Classroom Experience

Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: *Unless otherwise noted

Certified Apartment Manager

The Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) is designed to teach property managers to become vital links between the apartment community, owners, and staff, providing high-quality training to help you improve your company’s bottom line. NJAA has partnered again with highly sought after National Instructor, Susan Weston, to instruct the CAM training virtually!

This new virtual setting will consist of 5 half days of training, an orientation so that all students understand how the virtual environment will function, a course refresher, and a second date for a Financial Review to ensure that all students are prepared for their exam.

In this new live instructor-led format, students will have the ability to engage with the instructor during class and collaborate with their classmates inside and outside of the virtual classroom. Combined with virtual activities and group homework outside of class, this exclusive training will give attendees real-world scenarios along with a thorough review of all aspects of the Certified Apartment Manager position.
