March 22 - April 29

Live Instructor Led Virtual Classroom Experience

Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: *Unless otherwise noted

Certified Apartment Supplier

Taught simultaneously with the CAM program, the CAS training offers vendors an opportunity to hear the everyday challenges faced by their apartment manager customers. Earning your CAS credential helps you position your products to owners and community managers.

Susan has worked with apartment associations all over the country. She has spearheaded the effort, countrywide, alongside with the National Apartment Association (NAA) to offer the CAS virtually. Typically, the CAS training is held in-person over the course of 5 days. Now, we’ve added an orientation so that all students have an understanding of how the virtual setting will function. Additionally, we’ve scheduled a course refresher and a second date for a Financial Review to be sure that all students are fully prepared for the exam.
