Fair Housing for Maintenance

On Tuesday, November 10, Julie Goodchild, Esq., will guide you through the current standards for fair housing for maintenance professionals. This virtual seminar will demonstrate how critical decision making is essential in interacting with industry specific situations.

The class examines both state and federal Fair Housing laws as they apply to maintenance professionals. Using real-life situations, this seminar provides suggestions on interacting with residents, working with vendors and third-party contractors, follow-ups with residents, and handling resident complaints.
