Reopening Multifamily Communities: Legal and Practical Considerations

On Thursday, June 18 at 11:00 AM, Andrew Goldberg, RestoreCore, will moderate a discussion between Derek Reed, Esq., Ehrlich, Petriello, Gudin & Plaza, and Nicholas Kikis, New Jersey Apartment Association, as they discuss this timely information you need to know for a successful reopening.

As New Jersey progresses through the Governor’s five stages, apartment owners and managers need to begin planning for the eventual reopening of amenity spaces, other tenant services, and business functions. This class will review the executive orders, shutting down certain facilities, the governor’s reopening plan, and provide legal considerations that are important to understand as owners and managers look to safely reopen.

Pre-registration is required for this class. Click Here for a step-by-step guide on how to register online.
