Ethics in Real Estate

On Friday, April 21 at 10:00 AM Derek Reed, Esq., of Ehrlich, Petriello, Gudin, Plaza & Reed P.C. will guide you through the importance of ethics and integrity in the multifamily industry. This virtual seminar will demonstrate with real cases the importance of applying ethics while on the job.

Ethics is the bedrock of any relationship that is based on trust. Real estate brokers, salespersons and property managers in the multifamily industry are entrusted by both owners and residents with sensitive information in the course of their day-to-day business, including personal identifiers, account information, money and financials. They are also entrusted to interact with applicants and residents in an ethical manner and know the law to avoid exposing themselves and their employer to potential liability. Sign up for this class to ensure that you are remaining compliant!
