Fair Housing & Beyond with the NJ LAD

On Wednesday, December 7th at 10:00 AM Derek Reed, Esq, will guide you through the current standards for fair housing in the multifamily industry. This virtual seminar will demonstrate how critical thinking and decision making are essential in making real-life decisions.

Using real-life scenarios, Fair Housing & Beyond provides practical explanations of Federal and State protected classes, as well as barred discriminatory acts, and their impact on property operations. This class is a MUST attend for apartment industry professionals of all experience levels.
