Five Ways to Create a More Caring & Mentally Healthy Workplace

Mental illness and substance abuse issues cost employers over $80 billion each year. Absenteeism, reduced productivity, and increased health care costs are just a few of the ways mental health issues cost employers money. It is time for leaders to take action! Clearly, a healthy workplace won’t prevent or reduce ALL mental health problems however why not take steps to help employees build mental strength so they can stay as healthy as possible? Amy will share 5 strategies you can apply right away to create a more caring and mentally healthy workplace today.

Attendees Will Take Away the Following:

  • How to promote a work/life balance & priority of wellness
