How to be the Employee Your Company Can't Live Without

Companies don’t need employees; they need GOOD employees. Although the job market is strong and good employees are in high demand, it’s important to nurture your career and develop good habits that will help propel you professionally to the next level and protect you in an eventual economic downturn. Learning what’s important to your organization and understanding how to be an indispensable employee are critical to your professional development and growth.

This session will explore specific tactics to put you on a track to a successful and rewarding career. Participants will learn about:

  • Being proactive and anticipating the needs of the organization

  • Knowing the right way to make mistakes

  • Adopting a strong work ethic

  • Practicing professionalism

  • Becoming a problem solver

  • Avoiding the four “career killers”
