Today, state lawmakers will be considering the 2020 New Jersey Emergency Rental Assistance Program, a proposed rental assistance bill that would help those unable to pay rent due to the COVIID-19 crisis. While this  well-crafted legislation is the best possible short-term solution possible, we here at NJAA know we need federal assistance.
