Secrets of Top Leasing Professionals

The role of the leasing professional has shifted dramatically over the past several years. The customer has changed, and technology has taken center-stage in many of the sales tasks previously handled by leasing associates. However, basic sales skills are still as important as ever. The world of leasing is now “high tech,” but it is also increasingly “high touch.”

This fast-paced session will cover new aspects that need to be incorporated into the sales process and reinforce important techniques that all sales professionals need to continue to fine tune. Participants will learn about:

  • Market segmentation

  • The difference between demographics and psychographics

  • “High Tech vs. High Touch”

  • Touchpoint mapping

  • The positive power of negative preparation

  • And much more!
