Certified Apartment Manager
The Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) is designed to teach property managers to become vital links between the apartment community, owners, and staff, providing high-quality training to help you improve your company’s bottom line. NJAA has partnered again with Rebecca Rosario to instruct the CAM training virtually!
This new virtual setting will consist of an orientation so that all students understand how the virtual environment will function, 5 half days of training, and a course refresher to ensure that all students are prepared for their exam.
In this new live instructor-led format, students will have the ability to engage with the instructor during class and collaborate with their classmates inside and outside of the virtual classroom. Combined with virtual activities and group homework outside of class, this exclusive training will give attendees real-world scenarios along with a thorough review of all aspects of the Certified Apartment Manager position.

If you do not pass the exam, there will be a retake fee of $100.
There are no breaks during the exam, but you can excuse yourself to go to the rest room or get a drink of water. However, the clock does NOT stop. If you require special accommodations, please call NAAEI at (703) 797-0611 ahead of time.
Additional information about testing can be found by clicking here.
