NJAA Events
Networking Opportunities
NJAA provides members with the opportunity to network and develop business relationships through our signature events. These events are held throughout the year and at varying price points so that all members can participate and get the most out of their NJAA networking experience. Sponsorship packages are also available to maximize a member’s exposure.

Maintenance Appreciation Event
Brand new this year! Go head-to-head with other maintenance teams as you compete side-by-side on multi-player arcade games and other fun challenges! Each registered group will receive color-coordinated team swag, Power Play cards, and enjoy a reception with a chance to win prizes! Will your team go home the big winner?

Conference and Expo
NJAA’s premier event, held each May in Atlantic City, attracts over 1,600 of the industry’s finest professionals for three days of networking and education. Owners, regional managers, leasing and maintenance professionals and more attend to learn about the latest products and services provided by our vendor members in addition to three outstanding days of education. Vendor members display what makes their companies great over two days on our expo floor. In addition, the show is jam packed with receptions, dinners, and prizes which makes our Conference & Expo the best three days you’ll ever have in Atlantic City!

Women in Business
Held annually, the Women in Business event attracts the women of NJAA to celebrate their profound contributions to the multifamily housing industry. The event provides an environment where women can comfortably share similar goals, interests, and ideas. These events help strengthen the network of women from all facets of the industry.

Future Leaders
Held several times throughout the year, the rising stars in the multifamily housing industry gather together to mingle with other young professionals in an informal setting. Events are held throughout New Jersey and provide networking opportunities to enhance and strengthen leadership and networking skills.

Garden State Awards
Member companies, their properties, and staff members are recognized for their outstanding contributions to the multifamily industry in NJ during our Annual Garden State Awards event which is held each fall. Nominations must be submitted by early July and winners are recognized for their contributions in a variety of categories including Management Company of the Year; Excellence in Property Management; Curb Appeal; and much more. Approximately 800 individuals attend this annual cocktail and dinner event.

Annual Membership Meeting
Held in January each year, approximately 300 members network with NJAA’s Board of Directors, hear from NJAA’s president on the state of the Association, and learn more about NJAA’s plans for the upcoming year. New members are invited to provide reception with the Board to assist in facilitating introductions to the industry and NJAA’s members.
