The bipartisan New Jersey Apartment Association Political Action Committee promotes quality housing, economic growth, and job creation by supporting candidates and those in elected office who advocate for policies that advance the multifamily housing industry in New Jersey.

NJAA PAC is an 527 organization, guided by an independent Board of Trustees, that is committed to advancing the political interests of New Jersey's multifamily apartment industry. NJAA PAC promotes quality housing, economic growth, and job creation by supporting candidates and those in elected office who advocate for policies that advance the multifamily apartment industry in New Jersey.

New Jersey's apartment industry provides quality and affordable housing to more than a million New Jersey residents. The industry is made up of more than 44,000 professionals employed by apartment firms and vendor companies who work tirelessly every day to maintain a high quality of living for New Jersey's apartment residents. Operating apartments contributes more than $5.7 billion to New Jersey's economy and building new apartment communities contributes an additional $1.9 billion to the state economy. The apartment industry also pays more than a billion dollars in property taxes, which funds local services, such as police departments, firefighters, schools and libraries.

Each year NJAA PAC holds an annual fundraising event, which has quickly become a "must attend" event in the apartment industry and in Trenton. The event, held in West Orange, NJ, brings together hundreds of legislators and industry professionals for a truly marquee networking event.
