Lower Energy Spending Program (LES)
Created specifically for NJAA’s Owner Members, this program enables our members to buy natural gas and electricity for less, but also enables them to negotiate the best terms for their properties. Members have seen significant savings for their properties.
National Apartment Association Click & Lease Program
The NAA Click & Lease is a web-based lease and legal document program offered to NJAA owner members. This easy-to-use program allows an apartment community to save time and money by speeding up preparation and printing of legal documents. Prospective residents can fill out a rental application, lease and lease addenda online; and property managers may audit and edit entire portfolios of leases with a few clicks of a mouse.
