Owner Member
The dues structure for our owners, managers, and developers is on a sliding scale. Those who are applying to become owner members of the NJAA, or are rejoining after their membership has lapsed will be calculated as follows:
1 unit to 100 units pays a base fee of $50 dollars, and pays a flat fee of $380 (total is $430 in total)
101 units to 499 units pays a base fee of $75, plus $3.00 for every unit.
500 units to 999 units pays a base fee of $125, plus $3.00 per unit.
1,000 units to 2,999 units pays a base fee of $225, plus 3.00 per unit.
3,000+ units pays a base fee of $325, plus $3.000 per unit.
Those who join after July 1, will be prorated for the remainder of the year and billed for the full following year.
Supplier Partner
Annual membership dues for Supplier Partners (industry vendors) is $625 and includes one (1) free classified in NJAA's online directory.
Additional classifieds can be purchased for $50 per classified.
Hyperlinks directly to your company website can also be purchased for NJAA's online directory for $250.
For those who join after July 1, Supplier Partner dues will be prorated to $312.50 for the remaining portion of the year, and will also be charged the full membership dues of $625 for the following year. Hyperlinks and classifieds can also be purchased after July 1, and will be prorated as well.
