NJAA’s free classes provide critical information to those involved in the multifamily industry. Whether it is a class on bed bugs, understanding industry-related financial statements, or hot legal topics, these classes will give you the information you need to make your business successful.
Discounts on Designation Education
NJAA offers certification classes for professional designations developed by the NAA including: Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT); Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM); Certified Apartment Manager (CAM); Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS); National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP); and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). These courses are offered to members at a discount. Non-members must pay the non-member rate.

NJAA provides members with the opportunity to network and develop business relationships. These networking events are exclusively for the benefit of NJAA members. NJAA’s Conference and Expo is only open to vendors in good standing with the Association. Non-members are not permitted to exhibit.

NJAA advocates on behalf of our members before the legislature, the governor, state agencies, and county and local officials. Information and guidance on how legislative or regulatory matters impact your business is provided to members. This is a critical component in ensuring your business is in compliance.
Access to our Membership Directory
NJAA provides members with both a digital and physical copy of our Membership Directory. The physical Membership Directory is mailed in late summer/early fall. This assists in facilitating member-to-member business transactions, so that our members can work collectively to better their business operations.
NJAA Members-Only Publications
NJAA’s bimonthly magazine, Apartment Industry Magazine (AIM), provides members with the most up-to-date information on what is happening in the multifamily industry in New Jersey. Members also receive NJAA’s Friday Update email, a weekly overview of upcoming events, ways to be involved and the latest happenings in the State Legislature.
