NJAA News

The 2020 Census is currently being conducted and NJAA has been asked by several government entities to provide tools to assist and encourage your residents and employees in completing this critical survey. To better assist NJAA members, we have sample letters that can be customized and either emailed or printed for your convenience.

The census can be accessed at https://2020census.gov and only takes a few short minutes to complete. It is imperative that each household in New Jersey complete the census because the results determine how federal resources are allocated, including grants, infrastructure projects, as well as funding to local schools and healthcare facilities. Furthermore, the shape of Congressional and state legislative districts will be determined for the next 10 years based on the results of the 2020 Census.

We ask that you please circulate this information to your staff and residents to ensure that New Jersey receives its fair share of federal resources.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Andrew Musick at andrew@njaa.com or by phone at (732) 992-0610.
