Fair Housing & Beyond with the NJ LAD

On Wednesday, June 12th at 10:00 AM Derek Reed, Esq, will guide you through the current standards for fair housing in the multifamily industry. This in-person seminar will demonstrate how critical thinking and decision making are essential in making real-life decisions.

Using real-life scenarios, Fair Housing & Beyond provides practical explanations of Federal and State protected classes, as well as barred discriminatory acts, and their impact on property operations. This class is a MUST attend for apartment industry professionals of all experience levels.
