Over one year ago, New Jersey enacted the “Fair Chance in Housing Act,” regulating how criminal history can be used in the resident selection process.

This class will review the Fair Chance in Housing Act, offer practical suggestions for compliance, and provide training necessary for staff at all levels involved in the leasing, resident selection and property management to make sure that you get in compliance with this evolving area of law.
