Effectively reporting and investigating accidents is the cornerstone of any good safety program. This presentation enforces the importance of timely reporting of all types of claims. It covers techniques for conducting interviews, collecting and retaining evidence, preparing documentation and the utilization of photography and surveillance footage. We will also discuss methods for interacting insurance carrier representatives and medical professionals.
