Dealing With Difficult People in Difficult Times

At some point we all encountered someone who got under our skin. When dealing with a “difficult” person or situation, the circumstances can become even more tense. If we lose our composure, or allow issues to go unresolved, work relationships are strained, and both team members and residents leave because of the negative emotions and stress. Communication, both written and verbal, is the #1 factor in solving problems and avoiding conflict. A few simple, yet effective habits can change the game and leave you feeling more empowered. This topic impacts your entire team, from leasing to maintenance.

Please Note: Pre-registration is required to attend all virtual classes offered by NJAA.
