Such people can make you feel frustrated, angry, and unhappy. But dealing with difficult people doesn’t have to be so frustrating. This seminar provides tips and techniques to make those unpleasant interactions a little easier.  You’ll learn how to:

• Understand the difficult people in your life

• Communicate with difficult people

• Be less of a target for difficult people

• Bring out the best in even the most difficult people

• Differentiate betwen the person and the behavior

• Use your questioning and listening skills effectively

• Practicing strong body language to reinforce your words.
