Master Boundaries: The Art of Saying No

Living life with boundaries will protect time, energy and joy resulting in increased happiness, productivity, and resilience. However, the reality is many are timid to set boundaries with the feared perception that they will be seen as less committed to their role or responsibilities. Ironically the opposite is true, as research shows, people who work hard and maintain boundaries are more respected and achieve higher results. Amy will share the best practices to develop priorities and then how to establish boundaries resulting in enhanced productivity as well as ample time to disconnect to recharge allowing time for self-care. Learn how to “tame the people pleaser” and the art of saying “no” by offering alternative solutions creating a win-win situation for all.

Attendees Will Takeaway the Following:

  • How to determine top priorities in both life and work

  • Learn the varying types of boundaries and how to get to know “your” boundaries

  • Discover “what to do” and ideal responses to set and maintain boundaries
