Road Warrior's Lessons in Customer Service

Customers have changed!  They are more demanding, want things faster, are less tolerant of mistakes, quick to complain, less concerned about loyalty, and they challenge the rules.  And yet, there are many people who have mastered the art of serving their customers in an exemplary fashion that keeps those customers coming back for more.  It’s not a magic formula.  Many of the age-old techniques that worked in the past continue to work today, even with the advent of all kinds of software applications and technology solutions.  Customer service is still more “high touch” as opposed to “high tech.”  In this seminar, you’ll learn the seven keys to excellent customer service and how to put them into practice.

Please Note: Pre-registration is required to attend all virtual classes offered by NJAA. Please note that the Zoom Attendee Link is unique to you and can  ONLY be used by the registered attendee. If you do not pre-register with NJAA, you will be billed for attending the virtual class and will be charged a late fee. NJAA is happy to accommodate swaps at any time prior to the start of the class.
