The Progressive Discipline Process

When employees fail to meet performance goals, do not fulfill their job duties, or exhibit inappropriate behavior in the workplace, their supervisor must take action to address the performance or behavior in a constructive, yet forceful, way.  This seminar provides concrete steps for having those difficult, but necessary, “career conversations,” and outlines the steps for providing feedback to employees and setting expectations for improvement.  Attendees will learn how to implement the Progressive Discipline Process as a constructive way to correct shortcomings in the workplace and to promote employee success.  And for those employees who do not respond to feedback and show improvement, the specific steps to take in moving to disciplinary action will be outlined.
