Welcome to the 2025 NJAA Conference & Expo!
Important Things to Know:

All booths must be show ready by 2pm on May 20, 2025.

Each booth comes with a certain number of complimentary full registrations that include access to conference & expo functions, including the President’s Reception, Keynote Presentation, After Hours Party at Premier and all education sessions.

A link to book your booth attendees will be emailed to you separately.

All attendees must have a unique badge - no badge sharing is allowed under any circumstances.

Each exhibitor must fill out and sign a contract that includes information on our cancellation policy, what your booth includes, etc.

Each exhibitor must pay NJAA a minimum 50% deposit of booth price at the time of booth submission in order to have NJAA assign a booth.

All booths must be paid in full no later than March 1, 2025.
