NJAA Annual Membership Meeting
Join us as we honor and celebrate Diana Penn, NJAA's outgoing President, for her two years of service and over 20 years of dedication to our association. Diana’s leadership has been instrumental in guiding NJAA through significant milestones, and we look forward to reflecting on her remarkable contributions.
We will also welcome our new President, Jerome "Jay" Lombardo, as he takes the helm and shares his vision for NJAA’s future. This is an exciting opportunity to hear directly from Jay about the direction of the organization and how he plans to lead us into the next chapter.

What to Expect:
Welcome from NJAA Executive Director & CEO, David Brogan: David Brogan will kick off the meeting with an update on NJAA's successes in 2024 and share a preview of the exciting opportunities and initiatives we have planned for members in the coming year. Additionally, Mr. Brogan will provide an outline of the benefits NJAA members enjoy.
Leadership Transitions: Be witness to NJAA history as Diana Penn passes the torch to Jay Lombardo. Additionally, see and have the opportunity to meet the new and returning members of NJAA's Executive Board as well as the Board of Directors. These members will be formally sworn in that evening as well.
Recognition of the 2025 Diamond Sponsors: We will take time to acknowledge and express our gratitude to our 2025 Diamond Sponsors for their unwavering support of NJAA and the multifamily housing industry.
Cocktail and Dinner Networking Reception: The evening will offer both new and longtime members plenty of opportunities to connect, network, and build valuable business relationships.
